Carpenter Homes has been building homes since 2019. The man behind Carpenter Homes, Hunter Scott, has a broad range of experience in the industry including: construction work as a young man; helping individuals and families achieve their goals of homeownership as a real estate agent with his wife, Peggy, since 1998; serving as Managing Broker of the Fredericksburg RE/MAX Allegiance office until 2019; and becoming a professional investor who was able to restore and revitalize properties since 2014 (work that continues today, alongside building new homes).

Now as a licensed contractor and new home builder, Hunter enjoys and takes pride in seeing a project go from blueprint to reality. Even more, he loves that he is able to provide families and individuals with safe, comfortable, and beautiful places to live. Since 2019, Carpenter Homes has completed over 35 new homes and over 70 remodeling projects for homeowners. As a small builder, Carpenter Homes is proud to have earned the business of hundreds of happy customers who oftentimes become friends.
